It’s Over – I want Divorce

I rather enjoyed watching this clip on Youtube, that uses the analogy of a married couple to convey that to build relationships with consumers, marketeers/advertisers need to fundamentally change their thinking and methods. It’s time when they start to favor the direct communication with consumers be it on Digital or Social Medium instead of taking a traditional broadcast advertising route. Broadcast is anyways more like a spam/noise while the need is to establish communication and really listen to what consumer has to say.
